Tea for weight loss



Čaj za mršavljenje:

Potrebno je 800 ml. vode,
1 štapić cimeta,
3 lovorova lista.

Prokuhati vodu. Maknuti sa vatre i u vodu dodati štapić cimeta, 3 lovorova lista i ravnu supenu kašiku zelenog čaja. Poklopiti i ostaviti 15 min. da odstoji. Procjediti.

Način konzumiranja:

Prvu šolju popiti odmah nakon buđenja na gladan stomak.
Drugu šolju ja sam pila pola sata nakon ručka.
Treću naveče neposredno prije spavanja.

Ovaj čaj + izbalansirana ishrana i umjerena fizička aktivnost dovešće vas do savršene linije.

Ja sam za 2 mjeseca skinula 6 kg.




Tea for weight loss:

800 ml. water,
1 cinnamon stick,
3 bay leaves.
First boil water. remove from heat and adding cinnamon stick, bay leaves and 3 flat tablespoon of green tea. Cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Strain.

How to consume:

First drink a cup of tea immediately after waking up on an empty stomach. The second cup you can drink half hour after lunch. And the third - in the evening, before bedtime

This tea + a balanced diet and moderate physical activity bring you perfect weight.
I lost 6 kg for a 2 months.
