Breakfast healthy mix


Recept:

Potrebno je za dvije osobe:

500ml kefira ili jogurta,
3 banane,
supena kašika meda,
kafena kašikica cimeta,
voće: maline, jagode, borovnice, kupine...(po želji),
orasi, bademi, lješnjaci (po želji).

Kefir ili jogurt, banane, med, cimet, par kom. badema, oraha ili lješnjaka izblendati. Usuti u posudice dodati voće (maline, jagode ili borovnice ili sve skupa). I to je to.

Recipe:

500 ml kefir or yogurt,
3 bananas,
1 tablespoon honey,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,
fruit: raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries.. ( what you wish),
walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts (what you wish).

Kefir or yogurt, bananas, honey, cinnamon and a few nuts (what you choose) blend in blender.
This mix pour into bowls or cups than add some berries (what you choose).
This recipe is for two.
